Hello and welcome to my profile page!

This is my 8th year of teaching at Lincoln.  Before I became a Lancer, I taught high school math for 8 years.   I studied electrical engineering at the United States Naval Academy and earned my Master's of Education degree from Colorado State University.   I live in Fort Collins with my wife Lisa and my daughters Lila and Rory (who are both Lancers). 

In my spare time, I can be found gardening, fixing stuff, cooking for my family, reading (science fiction & fantasy, history, poetry), listening to music (jazz, classical, ska), watching movies, paddling kayaks, skiing, and messing around with a soccer ball.   

But, my favorite thing to do anytime and anywhere is...
