This class is for students who need some additional support with their reading fluency and comprehension skills. Students will learn strategies to help them decode longer words, comprehend various forms of text and learn to enjoy reading. Students work in small groups performing a variety of literacy tasks that are designed to help students reach grade level in their reading. Literacy Skills meets every other day and is considered an Encore class.
