Hello!  I am excited to be teaching 6th grade Science at Lincoln.  Fun Fact-  I attended Lincoln Middle School when I was younger, so walking the halls brings back so many memories of my middle school experiences!  I am a Colorado Native, and grew up in Fort Collins, in the City Park neighborhood, and would ride my bike, walk or carpool to Lincoln with my best friends, with whom I am still close to now!  I moved back to Fort Collins after living and working in the Denver/Boulder area for since 1996!  I attended the University of Colorado to obtain my degree in Environmental Public Policy and Socio-Political Geography as well as my degree in Education.

When I am not teaching, you can find me hiking the trails in the area with my dog, Luna de Lobo, or going on weekend camping trips all over Colorado, Wyoming and Utah!  I am very close to my family, and love watching my 10 nieces and nephews (ages 7 to 24) grow and learn!  I also love going to the local museums, live concerts, botanical gardens and cooking and hosting dinner parties at home!

I am a HUGE social advocate for marginalized communities, and hope to help all students find THEIR WAY to share THEIR VOICE in THEIR COMMUNITY!
