Hello!

I've been  teaching for twenty years in Colorado's beautiful front range.  I find the courses in social studies fascinating, and enjoy guiding student discovery in topics of human and physical geography from the past to the present.  In addition, I coach fall and spring sports like tennis and softball, and continue to be inspired by the energy and spirit of middle school kiddos every day.

I studied enviromental geography at Ohio University, and shortly after earned my teaching certification and masters degree from University of Phoenix.  My wife also teaches in PSD, and we have a 16 year old daughter and 11 year old son who are part of the PSD family too!   Our family feels so fortunate to be a part of the Poudre School District team and to be surrounded by the natural beauty of Fort Collins, Colorado.
